    Olesya Skudalova is the Candidate of Economic Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Economics of Enterprise and Management at TvSU.
    In 2010, Ms Skudalova graduated from the Faculty of Management and Sociology of Tver State University with a degree in State and Municipal Administration (diploma with honors). In 2010, she received a Diploma of Additional (to Higher) Education with a degree in Translation in Professional Communication (English language) (Diploma with Honors).She has been working at Tver State University since 2010. The total record of scientific and teaching experience makes 10 years.
    In 2017, she defended a PhD thesis “Elaboration of the concept of development of services of the socially oriented enterprises (the case of Tver region)" with the specialty 08.00.05 - Economy and Management of the National Economy: Economics, Organization and Management of Enterprises, Industries, Complexes (Services Sector).
    Currently she is an assistant professor at the Department of Economics of Enterprise and Management at TvSU.
    Since 2017, she has been the organizer and moderator of the annual conference on the results of research practice of MA students of the program 38.04.02 "Management": "Strategic and corporate governance" and "Management and Consulting in Health Care."
    In 2019, she carried out the sociological research on data collection and analysis of social climate in Tver at the request of the Fund for Urban Development "Tver Foundation" (Center of NGO) in the framework of the project "Program for the Development of Strategic Corporate Charity in the City of Tver "Leaders of Change". The research data has been successfully implemented by the Center of NGO to improve the social environment in the city; the scientific and statistical data has been applied in the further research.
    In 2019, she took part in the regional competition "The Best Young Scientist of the Year" (in the nomination "Economics").
    She has 61 publications including one monograph and three study guides. Since 2015, she has been participating in more than 40 scientific and practical events (conferences of different levels, symposia, workshops, congresses etc.).
    She is currently working on her doctoral thesis.
    She runs her own School of Social Business in Tver region with the support of the Foundation "Their Own Business" and the Fund "Our Future" aimed at developing socially oriented activities in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. She is the regional representative of the Fund "Our Future" in Tver region.
    Olesya Skudalova has got the following awards: Gratitude of the Rector of Tver State University (2015), Honorary Certificate of the Rector of Tver State University (2012, 2018, 2020).
