In 2003, she defended her PhD thesis on "Professional management of competitiveness of young professionals (psychological aspect)", specialty 19.00.03 – Occupational psychology, engineering psychology, ergonomics in psychological sciences.
In 2011, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
Since 2008, she has served as the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Management and Sociology. Since 2016, he has been the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at the Institute of Economics and Management. Member of the Educational and Methodological Council of TvSU, member of the Academic Council of the Institute and the Academic Council of TvSU. Head of the PLO in the Bachelor's degree program 38.03.03 Personnel Management.
She has been working at the Department of Enterprise Economics and Management as an associate professor since its establishment in 2017. Prior to that, she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Management since 2005.
She has been working at Tver State University since 2004. The experience of scientific and pedagogical activity is 21 years.
Participated in a number of innovative projects:
1. Innovative project "Methodology of intellectual capital management of technopark structures and scientific structures with a fixed state status" on the state assignment of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to Tver State University (2016-2017).
2. Innovative project "Development of models for the harmonization of professional standards and the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education in areas of study/specialties in the field of mathematical and natural sciences, agriculture and agricultural sciences, social sciences, humanities and education levels (bachelor's degree, Master's degree, specialty)" within the framework of the state assignment of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation 27.254.2016/NM dated 27.01.2016. (2016-2017).
3. International project "FlexWBL: Development of a flexible, Innovative, practical WBL (Work-combined Learning) Framework in Armenia and Russia" with the support of the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual Media and Culture (Project No. 610072-EPP-1-2019-1- LV-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). (2019 – 2021).
Subjects taught: Theory of organization; Organizational design; Organizational behavior; Psychology of Work; Psychology of Management; Team building; Social interaction in teamwork; Conflictology; Fundamentals of anti-corruption behavior.
Research interests: Socio-psychological aspects of management of a modern organization; Modern models of education in higher education.
