    Svetlana Chegrintsova is the Candidate of Psychological Sciences and associate professor at the Department of Economics of Enterprise and Management of Tver State University.
    In 2000, Svetlana Chegrintsova graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Tver State University. In 2003, she defended her PhD thesis on "Professional Management of Competitiveness of Young Professionals (Psychological Aspect)" with a specialty 19.00.03 – Psychology of Labor, Engineering Psychology, Ergonomics in Psychological Sciences. In 2011, she was awarded an academic title of associate professor.
    She has been working at Tver State University since 2004, the total record of teaching experience making 15 years.
    She has been teaching at the Department of Economics of Enterprise and Management since 2017. Before that, she had a job of an assistant professor at the Department of Management (2005 – 2017).
    She has 27 study guides and methodological manuals with a total volume of more than 85 printed sheets, one of them with the stamp of the Academic and Methodological Council of Tver State University. She has got 4 registration certificates of a mandatory deposit of electronic edition.
    She has also been serving as a Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Management and Sociology since 2008 and a Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Institute of Economics and Management since 2016. She has been a member of the Academic and Methodological Council of TvSU since 2008 and a member of the Academic Council of the Institute of Economics and Management since 2016. In 2016, she was elected a member of the Academic Council of Tver State University.
    In 2018, she was a member of the working group to prepare for accreditation of general educational programs 38.03.02 Management, 38.04.02 Management and 38.03.03 HR Management. She is currently participating in the process of preparation for the licensing of the general educational program 38.05.01 Economic Security.
    Her research interests include socio-psychological aspects of management of a modern organization and contemporary models of higher education. 48 scientific works have been published with a total volume of approximately 20 printed sheets, 11 of them are included in the list of HAC and 28 publications are registered at RSCI. The Hirsch Index is 3.
    Svetlana Chegrintsova has got the following awards:

- Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education of Tver Region (2015)
- Gratitude of the Rector of TvSU (2016)
